Retainer Refunds

Retainer fees (once paid) are non-refundable.

If you are canceling a weather pending event, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to reschedule your event without forfeiting your retainer.   Special approval must me outline in the notes of your agreement.

Additional Payments

Additionally made payments made in excess of the stated Retainer Fee on this document will be refundable if your event is canceled 24 hours prior to the Event Start Time.

Currency Devaluation

In the unlikely event that annual U.S. consumer inflation exceeds 10% at any given time, DJ Indiana may request that the remaining balance be paid in advance to help manage rising operational costs.If an agreeable solution cannot be reached, either party may cancel this agreement with written notice.
